for over 35 years. Our dedication to constantly improving

on the East Coast. We offer custom boxes at some of the
smallest minimums in the industry. No job is too large
or too small.Package Design
Kimark offers state-of-the-art Computer-Aided Package Design. Our experienced
designers work with clients to create custom packaging solutions for a large
variety of products, from snack foods to computer hardware to sporting goods.
We provide prototypes* of all designs to ensure that package fit, appearance,
and rigidity meet customer expectations and demands
*A nomimal fee may be charged for complex or multiple prototypes.
Graphic Design
From basic typesetting to full-color
graphics, our Graphic Design Department will
work with you to provide the right artwork
to complete your product's packaging. Although
our design department is PC based, we are able
to work cross-platform using a variety of programs,
including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark
Xpress, Macromedia Freehand, and CorelDraw.
We are able to work with your existing files
on PC and/or Mac floppy and Zip disks.
Printing
Kimark's experienced printers and large-format
sheet-fed presses are able to handle up to
51". From one-color text logos to complex
full-color photographic layouts, you can count
on clean, clear, consistent reproduction every
time.
Die Cutting
This is what sets aside the carton
manufacturer from other manufacturers of
printed material. Our fully equipped die
shop for making and repairing dies; along
with our, up to 56", Miehle and Bobst
die cutters which allows us to produce
high quality blanks consistently.
Folding & Gluing
We are capable of making boxes as large as " and blank size (unfolded
length) on our International and Bobst gluers. With state of the art Valco glue
application systems we can manufacture quality sleeves, tucks, auto-bottom; as
well as 4 and 6 corner cartons on our Swifty right angle machine.
Custom boxes can be used to bring your product to a higher level and help to
stimulate sales. We take pride in our ability to offer customers a wide variety
of options, from a custom box designed to showcase the qualities of your product,
to custom printing on a standard box to reinforce corporate identity. |
